This gorgeous river cruiser was built by the famous Irrawaddy Flotilla Company of Burma. In October of 2003 the RV Mekong Pandaw was moved to Vietnam to lead the way as the first ever vessel to sail the Mekong River and Delta between Vietnam and Cambodia. The Mekong Pandaw carries a maximum of 64 passengers spread over 3 decks. Her cabins (roughly 120 sq. ft) are beautifully appointed with teakwood walls and private bathrooms with tiled showers. She has a single seating restaurant, a bar and an outside covered sun deck that allows for upfront views of this virgin sailing territory. The food on board is a mixture of Western and Asian cuisine with full buffet breakfasts, buffet lunches and sit down dinners. Her mixed Vietnamese, Cambodian and Burmese crew of 29 along with a European cruise director will delight you with their smiles and eager to please attitudes.
